Using the store By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and that the information you give us is accurate.
Products and prices We describe our products as accurately as we can. Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is free. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price due to an error, we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel it at no cost.
Orders and contract Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we email you to confirm that your order has shipped. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud; in that case we refund any amount paid in full.
Payment Payment is taken at checkout through the payment methods shown. Your payment details are handled by our payment providers.
Delivery Orders are prepared in 1–2 business days and delivered in 4–7 business days after dispatch. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Right of withdrawal and returns You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Legal guarantee All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity that applies in your country (in Spain, 3 years from delivery). If a product is faulty, contact us at colizorasupport@gmail.com.
Safe use Use the heated blanket only as described in the instructions supplied with it, and follow the care label.
Liability Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made.
Intellectual property The content of this store, including text, images and the Colizora brand, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.
Changes to these terms We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
Law and disputes These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
