Returns and refunds

Right of withdrawal (14 days) You can return your order within 14 days of the day you receive it, without giving any reason. To start a return, email us at colizorasupport@gmail.com with your order number, or use our withdrawal form: https://colizora.com/pages/withdrawal

How to return After you contact us, we will send you the return address. Please send the item back within 14 days of telling us you want to return it.

Return shipping costs Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that do not reach us.

Condition of the item You may handle the blanket as you would in a shop to check it. You may be responsible for any loss in value caused by handling it beyond what is needed to check its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refunds We refund the full price paid within 14 days of receiving your return request. We may wait to issue the refund until we have received the item back or you have sent proof of shipping, whichever comes first. Refunds are made to the original payment method, at no extra cost to you. Shipping on your original order was free, so there is no delivery charge to refund.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or you received the wrong item, email us at colizorasupport@gmail.com with your order number and photos. In these cases we cover the costs of replacing or refunding the item. This does not affect your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity that applies in your country (in Spain, 3 years).
