What we collect

Contact and order details: name, email, phone (if given), shipping and billing address.
Payment information: processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
Order history: products bought, returns and messages you send us.
Device and usage data: IP address, browser, pages visited and cookies.

Why we use it (and legal basis)

To process and deliver your order, handle returns and provide customer service (performance of a contract).
To prevent fraud and keep the store secure (legitimate interests).
To meet legal obligations such as tax and accounting (legal obligation).
To send marketing emails, only if you have agreed; you can unsubscribe at any time (consent).

Who we share it with

Shopify, which hosts our store and processes data on our behalf.
Payment providers, to take payment.
Our fulfilment partner and carriers, to prepare and deliver your order (name, address, phone, items).
Authorities, when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

International transfers Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area or the UK. When this happens, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it Order and invoice data are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Other data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above or until you ask us to delete it, where the law allows.

Cookies We use cookies needed for the store to work (for example, your cart) and, with your consent where required, analytics and marketing cookies. You can manage your choices in the cookie banner and in your browser settings.

Your rights You can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent at any time. Email colizorasupport@gmail.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority; in Spain this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).

Children Our store is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
